Shipping Policy

Shipping will be invoiced after depending on your location.

Shipping USA & MEXICO

Free shipping between USA and México in most orders if bought directly in the website (Except Custom Made, commisions and over 45 inch pieces). If you are not sure if your artwork qualifies for free shipping please contact artist. Some orders will ship from the Mexico City location and some from the Miami location, you will receive an email confirming the shipment time and tracking number. Please allow a couple of weeks for this to happen. If you need the artwork in an specific date email the artist. Please note that shipping will be charged separately than the artwork.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world! $130 usd rate on most of our international orders. (Except Custom Made, commisions and over 45 inch pieces). Please note that shipping will be charged separately than the artwork.

Custom Made ART

It is possible to create a custom made piece from the artist collection. For more information about it please contact the artist: info@taniaea.com

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please Allow a couple of weeks for the order to be ready, each one is individually made , you will receive an email with all the information regarding the order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tania EA Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages

Tania EA Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns accepted due to the limited nature of this product.
